Kraft is a despicable company.

Kraft is a food company, and it generally buys its meat from abroad, meaning that generally it is already a company unconcerned with the environmental situation. However, they bought meat from a Brazillian company. This company happened to be connected to a large deforestation company. This may have gone unknown by the company, but when it was discovered it is a question of whether they severed their ties or this is still going on.

Also, there has been numerous accusations of GMO (genetically modified) wheat in their 'Mac and Cheese'  which is illegal. While the accusations have died down, it is again a question of whether this is still continuing or whether they have done the ethical thing and stopped. Although, Findus seems to be reasonably reliable, so perhaps buy your lasagne from them, as you can definately trust them.
