Image Consent - New Starters

Please note that this image consent covers the full academic year Sept 23 - July 24, you will be contacted again annually via Operoo during your child's/children's time at the school to ensure that this information is still up to date.

We regularly take photographs or videos of our students in school. We may use these images/videos in our school prospectus or in other printed publications that we produce, in advertising, social media and on our website. We may also make video recordings for school-to-school conferences, monitoring or other educational use.

We also send images to the news media, or our school may be visited by the media who will take their own photographs or film footage (for example, of a visiting dignitary or other high profile event).

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your permission before we can photograph or make any recordings of your child.

Please note that this information is used by the school to ensure the safeguarding of your child/children whilst under our care. If you would like to read the full policy then read our 'Use of Student Images Policy' on our website.
